Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring for an entry level sales role in Chicago. This in-office position offers paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics and uncapped commission potential.

You will learn to negotiate freight deals, manage shipments, and build a book of customers from day one. No experience necessary; the program is designed to develop core skills and advance toward six-figure earnings.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight, and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
