V2X, Inc. seeks a Freight Payment Collections Processor II to research, resolve, and collect outstanding freight invoices, partnering with carriers, procurement, accounts payable, and program teams to ensure timely payment.

Responsibilities include reviewing aging reports, resolving billing discrepancies, validating shipping documents, negotiating timelines, and supporting month-end close while driving process improvements and KPI monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years of freight payment, transportation finance, collections, or accounts payable experience.
• ERP experience (SAP ECC/S4 preferred).
• Transportation Management System (TMS) experience.

Aufgaben

• Research unpaid carrier invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review freight aging reports daily to ensure timely payment resolution.
• Coordinate PO, WBS, and GL coding requirements; work with transportation teams on shipment documentation.
• Negotiate payment timelines and support month-end close; monitor aging KPIs.
