KBX Logistics is seeking an Accounts Payable - Freight Auditor to ensure accurate freight invoice auditing and timely payments. You will address rate, fuel, and surcharge issues, process carrier statements, and support month-end accruals while driving cost savings.

You will communicate with carriers and customers, coach teams on contract terms, and identify process improvements to reduce bottlenecks and errors.

Formación

• Experience in Accounts Payable, or auditing, or financial administrative role.
• Experience communicating with external partners, vendors, carriers, or customers.
• Experience using Excel to review, analyze, and interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Audit blocked freight invoices for all modes and resolve rate, fuel, and surcharge issues.
• Process and log carrier statements for dedicated fleets and trailer rentals.
• Manage Auto-Pay Carriers, onboarding, training, and issue resolution.
• Review carrier statements and resolve open invoices and balances.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with KBX Logistics contracts and pricing policies.
• Prepare month-end accruals and support management goals for cost savings.
• Educate carriers and customers on contracts and billing procedures; drive improvements.
