Job summary

V2X is seeking an Integrated Billing Analyst to support invoicing, cost reconciliation, and documentation across multiple departments. The role includes handling SOCOWs, audits, and maintaining order-to-cash processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/related field, 0–2 years GL accounting experience, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
• 0-2 years of experience in GL accounting.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work weekends, other shifts, and mandatory overtime.
• Ability to travel as needed and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices with supporting documents, research and reconcile costs for fixed-price and reimbursable billings.
• Perform Book Cost to Billed Cost reconciliations for each contract.
• Coordinate with personnel from various departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation for billing and subsequent collection.
• Monitor and research costs, and request journal entries to ensure costs are accumulated correctly.
• Obtain Statements of Completion of Work and apply them to monthly billings as needed.
• Communicate with customers and personnel from various sites to gain and process accurate billing information.
• Assist during audits and ensure all tasks are performed according to company policy.
• Maintain strong order to cash responsibilities across multiple departments within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.
• Participate in other projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Exhibit positive, courteous, and professional behavior with customers, businesses, and co-workers.
• Assist co-workers and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when necessary.
• Follow all safety policies and practices as established by the company and/or regulatory bodies.
