Job summary

Roadrunner Freight is seeking an OS&D Technician to resolve lost, damaged, or unaccounted freight in a high-volume service center. You will protect customer trust and operational efficiency by locating missing freight, determining disposition, and maintaining precise paperwork feeding claims, billing, and metrics.

You will own end-to-end OS&D resolution, oversee dock handling, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OS&D, freight operations, or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own OS&D resolution end-to-end for shipped freight.
• Maintain dock control and proper disposition of exception freight.
• Complete accurate OS&D documentation across internal systems.
