Roadrunner in Commerce, CA seeks an OS&D Technician to resolve lost, damaged, or unaccounted freight with speed and accuracy. You’ll act as the primary contact for OS&D inquiries, conduct dock checks, determine disposition, and ensure precise documentation that supports claims and billing.

Qualifications

• OS&D experience or freight operations background required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own OS&D resolution end-to-end with primary contact duties.
• Investigate and resolve lost or missing freight via dock checks and records.
• Oversee dock handling, staging, and tracking to final disposition.
• Maintain accurate OS&D documentation to support claims and billing integrity.
