This role supports large customer accounts and offers hands-on experience in freight management, transportation operations, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift daily. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, or related industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer calls and emails with timely updates.
• Enter and maintain customer orders within transportation management systems.
• Schedule appointments with shippers and receivers via portals, phone, and email.
• Plan, route, monitor, and track shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure freight movement.
