Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight operations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight across regions and channels.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to secure transportation capacity and daily shipment execution.
• Track loads and address delays or service concerns proactively.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on shipment status and inquiries.
• Maintain transportation records, update systems, and manage documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
