• Develop relationships with transportation providers and service partners.
• Source carrier capacity and obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing and service-related concerns.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Support onboarding of new customers and assist with process improvements.
