Job summary

Winixx Inc. is seeking a Freight Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day health of the Winixx Freight platform, ensuring loads are matched efficiently and payments process smoothly. You will resolve disruptions quickly to keep freight moving.

You’ll monitor real-time metrics, coordinate with carriers, shippers and support, and develop operational playbooks while collaborating with engineering on platform improvements. Prior logistics and data analysis experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of freight, logistics, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience managing operational workflows in a technology-enabled marketplace environment.
• Strong analytical skills with operational data and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving ability in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, support, and finance teams.
• Familiarity with load board platforms, freight brokerage operations, or carrier management is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational health of the Winixx Freight marketplace in real time including load matching rates, payment processing, and carrier availability
• Resolve operational escalations from carriers, shippers, and the support team that require cross-functional coordination
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks for common and edge-case freight scenarios
• Work with engineering to identify and prioritize operational pain points that require platform improvements
• Track and report on key freight operational metrics including load fill rate, time-to-match, and payment processing time
• Coordinate with the compliance team on carrier documentation issues that affect operational flow
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers including insurance, factoring, and payment partners
• Lead the operational response to high-severity platform incidents affecting freight operations
