Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the fulfillment and shipping of fleetOS Link devices to fleet operator customers.
• Manage the device inventory system and maintain accurate stock levels across fulfillment locations.
• Liaise with hardware vendors, shipping carriers, and installation partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support fleet operators through the device installation and activation process.
• Track and resolve device return, replacement, and warranty claim requests.
• Maintain operational records for all device activations, deployments, and decommissions.
• Coordinate with the customer support team on fleet operator escalations related to hardware.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the device fulfillment and activation workflow.

Role Summary

The Fleet Operations Coordinator supports the operational delivery of the fleetOS platform — coordinating device fulfillment, managing vendor and service provider relationships, and ensuring that fleet operators get their hardware activated and their accounts running without friction.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the fulfillment and shipping of fleetOS Link devices to fleet operator customers
• Manage the device inventory system and maintain accurate stock levels across fulfillment locations
• Liaise with hardware vendors, shipping carriers, and installation partners to ensure timely delivery
• Support fleet operators through the device installation and activation process

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of operations coordination, logistics coordination, or supply chain experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing inventory and coordinating with shipping vendors
• Comfortable using operations management and inventory tracking systems
• Customer service mindset – able to support fleet operators with patience and professionalism
• Familiarity with telematics hardware, fleet management, or automotive services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a hardware or device fulfillment operation is a meaningful advantage
