Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee complex global freight operations across ocean, air, truck, rail, and intermodal modes. The role focuses on optimizing landed costs, tariff exposure, and carrier performance while ensuring compliance and cost discipline.

You will lead a team of coordinators and analysts, manage budgets, and coordinate with customs, brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end logistics excellence in a dynamic, energy-industry environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project logistics or transportation experience, with at least 4 years in international freight.
• Experience in all major modes: ocean, air, truck, rail, intermodal.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, bills of lading, air waybills and packing lists.
• Understanding of U.S. tariff programs and landed cost implications.
• Experience working with licensed customs brokers and CBP processes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with TMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Global freight management across ocean, air, truck, rail, intermodal, and final mile.
• Manage carriers, forwarders and 3PLs; conduct RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Monitor rates, capacity, and fuel; decide on contract lock-ins vs. spot market.
• Assess tariff exposure and model landed cost for shipments.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance on classification and origin.
• Resolve delays and root-cause analysis for detentions and demurrage.
• Manage transportation budget and audit invoices for variances.
• Lead and develop coordinators and analysts; set clear goals.
