Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Marshalling Yard Representative to support on-site freight operations at large venues. You will scale trucks, capture exhibitor information in Core Freight, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound show history and billing.

The role requires leadership, customer service experience, and strong MS Office/data-entry skills to handle fast-paced environments and show-floor conditions.Extended hours may be needed during shows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership ability and customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry; able to work fast-paced with minimal supervision.
• Able to work on trade show floors and in offices; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale trucks and manage freight operations on site.
• Enter freight data to create receiving and driver records.
• Dispatch trucks to show venues and run freight audits.
• Process billing transfers and run Core Freight reports.
• Support freight operations staff and keep managers informed.
