Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Marshalling Yard Representative to manage freight data entry and dispatcher tasks for large show venues, ensuring accurate billing and efficient flow of trucks.

You will support audits, reporting, and inquiries while collaborating with managers and field staff. The role requires strong MS Office skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work long or extended hours during shows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrable leadership ability.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong typing/data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in varied conditions and with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Input freight information into Core Freight to create receiving reports and outbound driver records.
• Outbound show site data entry.
• Dispatch trucks to show venue.
• Perform freight audits and comparisons to prior years.
• Perform billing transfers and run Core Freight reports.
• Support freight operations staff and keep managers informed.
• Assist with freight inquiries and uphold service levels.
