Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight, trade show, or exhibit logistics.
• Marshalling yard experience strongly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and freight/carrier coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in warehouse/yard environments.
• Strong communication skills as the link between our team and outside carriers.

Responsibilities

• Secure freight quotes and coordinate carriers for outbound, return, and inter-facility shipments
• Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) for every leg of a shipment
• Coordinate marshalling yard drop-offs and show-site load-in/load-out logistics
• Track shipments in transit and manage proof of delivery (POD) documentation
• Manage first-leg and second-leg freight moves, including show-to-show transfers
• Coordinate inbound receiving for procurement shipments and vendor deliveries
• Keep freight records accurate to support cost tracking and reporting
• Communicate shipment status proactively with project managers and account teams

Multi Image Group (MIG) is the preeminent live event, exhibit, and experiential agency. We focus on bringing talent, creativity, and technology together to strategically design, create, produce, and stage the most exciting and meaningful experiences on earth. We are seeking experienced applicants for a full-time Logistics Coordinator in our Exhibits department. Our Exhibits division builds high-end custom trade show booths for national accounts, with in-house fabrication and AV, and we're expanding into a new 42,000-square-foot facility in 2026-2027.

The Logistics Coordinator will own the full shipping lifecycle for our Exhibits and Procurement operations — from securing freight quotes to getting the last crate back on the shelf. You'll work hands-on with Bills of Lading, marshalling yards, and multi-leg freight moves, coordinating everything that gets our clients' booths to the show floor and back, on time and intact. This is a doer role within our secondary warehouse logistics team — not a management position — for someone who knows freight and wants to own it.
