Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Supervisor Freight Operations to lead dock labor and supervise freight at show sites nationwide. You will plan labor, equipment, and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and show rules while managing costs and post-show reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience, familiarity with Freeman programs and MS Office, and OSHA 30 Certification. Travel up to 25% is required and collaboration with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in related field.
• Familiarity with labor rules, show regulations and OSHA.
• Experience with Freeman programs is a plus.
• Ability to pass an MVR screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dock labor at the show site and train staff.
• Ensure safe work environment; conduct safety and service meetings.
• Coordinate equipment, labor and transportation for shows.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Prepare payroll, timekeeping and post-show recaps.
