Job summary

Mays Chemical, a Ravago Company, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator based in Indianapolis to manage shipments, ETA notifications, and routing decisions by coordinating with 3PL/TMS partners. The role supports export/import tasks and ensures timely deliveries for internal and external customers.

Key duties include coordinating orders with multiple teams, backing up Traffic/Fleet management, and maintaining documentation for orders while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• IATA, IMDG and 49 CFR certifications required (recurring training as specified).
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a logistics/traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal and external shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Notify internal customers of ETA dates.
• Determine routing and transportation modes with onsite 3PL/TMS partners.
• Assist with Export/Import duties as needed.
• Coordinate orders with Customer Service, Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Traffic Team.
• Provide timely updates to internal customers when requested.
