Job summary

Irca Group USA LLC seeks a Traffic Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify documentation, and support warehouse operations in Illinois. You will use InforM3, coordinate with 3PLs, and maintain inventory accuracy while communicating with freight partners and production teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of transportation experience, forklift operation, a HS diploma or GED, and a reliable, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Require forklift operation experience and HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication, organization and documentation skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities for inventory and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Align and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, including small parcels, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Verify orders against BOL, PRO, materials and transfers to 3PLs; assist in inbound material reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and notify management of shortages; ensure proper documentation for shipments.
