Job summary

Hach, part of the Veralto family, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to support the Logistics & Transportation department in Romeoville, IL. The role focuses on accurate shipment documentation, pre/post-shipment activities, and compliance for domestic and international shipments.

You will interact with carriers, freight forwarders, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience with carriers, export/import compliance, or distribution is a plus.
• Notary certification or willingness to be certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate carrier routing and hazardous material information.
• Interact with customer service, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain MS Office documentation and transportation databases.
• Assist with training new employees and process improvements.
