Responsibilities

• Schedule shipments to meet customer delivery requirements and facility shipping schedules.
• Assign shipments to approved carriers using routing guides and procedures.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery and maintain status in designated systems.
• Notify stakeholders of delays or exceptions and escalate where needed.
• Maintain complete transportation records and documentation in JDE/ERP systems.
