Qualifications

• Audits freight invoices across all modes including rate, fuel, stop and other charges.
• Communicates with carriers and customers to resolve discrepancies and identify savings.
• Uses Excel to analyze data, prepare accruals and support month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Audit blocked freight invoices and resolve invoice issues.
• Process and log carrier statements for fleets and trailer rentals.
• Manage Auto-Pay Carriers onboarding and issue resolution.
