Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer and carrier relationships built on trust
• Coordinate shipments, track loads, and maintain on-time performance
• Anticipate service issues and resolve them before the customer asks
• Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing within company guidelines
• Analyze lane performance and rates to spot new opportunities
• Keep clean, accurate records in our TMS and CRM
