FreightTAS in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the freight forwarding sales team. You will mentor Sales Executives, drive new business growth, and strengthen partnerships with clients to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

The role requires building a robust book of business in ocean, air, customs brokerage, and domestic trucking, while expanding revenue and coordinating across departments to stay ahead of industry shifts.

• Offer customized solutions on optimizing supply chains using ocean, air, warehousing & distribution, LTL & FTL transportation, cargo insurance and customs brokerage.
• Optimize sales team performance through CRM tracking, coaching, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication between sales, operations and international offices.
• Stay competitive by keeping a pulse on global freight forwarding trends and industry shifts.

What you'll earn

• Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 annually based on experience and book of business
