Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight forwarding is essential.
• Experience in an account management or customer-facing logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of international freight operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts.
