RXO is seeking a Customer Service Rep II to ensure outstanding service for customers, partners and drivers across North America. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and monitor delivery routes to meet commitments.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding RXO standards and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
