Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to meet customer needs and goals
• Monitor and support on-time delivery, accurate billing and damage-free service
• Communicate with customers to resolve load status inquiries and service issues
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit time and meet expectations
• Enter customer orders into the system to track loads and support operations
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers
• Serve as primary contact for load updates and capacity availability
