Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with ownership, accountability, and results
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and execution
• Excellent communication and ability to align stakeholders across teams

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions to meet needs and maximize freight potential
• Monitor on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing
• Enter customer orders into the order management system and track loads for operations
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments optimizing transit time and meeting customer expectations
