Redwood Logistics is seeking a Business Development Representative for Redwood Multimodal, a hybrid role supporting growth across North America. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to expand customer accounts using data-driven strategies and thoughtful onboarding processes.

You will negotiate pricing, manage account performance, and identify expansion opportunities while aligning clients with additional Redwood services and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Sales/Account Management or Operations in a freight brokerage or similar environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and networking abilities.
• Ability to analyze data to develop growth strategies.
• Ability to travel occasionally (<20%).

Responsabilidades

• Develop assigned customer accounts using data-driven sales techniques to grow revenue and gross profit.
• Create growth plans for your book of business and align with other Redwood services.
• Implement onboarding, load tender, tracking, and issue-resolution procedures with Operations.
• Negotiate pricing for orders from assigned accounts.
• Stay current on industry trends and customer activity.
