Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in high-performance B2B sales.
• Ability to develop and close new business through cold calling, networking and outreach.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers requiring freight brokerage and 3PL services.
• Close and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
• Maintain strategic relationships with existing customers to maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline with a CRM for lead tracking and opportunities.
• Serve as an industry expert in transportation logistics and advise clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and drive growth.
• Oversee onboarding, including contract negotiation and account setup.
