Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive growth and innovation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of leaders and individual contributors to achieve targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, carriers, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee operational excellence, ensure efficiency, compliance, and process improvements.
• Own and analyze the P&L for your office location, drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting for accurate reporting and budgeting.
• Support professional development through coaching and performance evaluations.
