Job summary

Odyssey Logistics moves freight globally for thousands of customers and is seeking a Business Development Rep hungry to build a book of business and get paid for every win. You’ll work on the phone, in the inbox, and on LinkedIn, organically hunting mid-market shippers.

You’ll prospect mid-market shippers, run discovery calls, and build proposals with pricing alongside our team. This established global logistics company backs your deals with real operational muscle, including LTL and FTL

Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales.
• Working knowledge of truckload and/or LTL.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
• Hunter mentality with confidence on the phone and in email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect mid-market shippers by phone, email, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
• Run discovery calls that uncover new opportunities.
• Build proposals and pricing with our team.
• Manage new accounts through onboarding before handing them off to account management.
