Job summary

Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is seeking an Invoice Audit Specialist to identify and resolve freight bill variances over five dollars, ensuring accurate customer invoices and proper carrier documentation. You will audit incoming bills, route variances to the correct queues, and communicate findings clearly to Carrier, BG, and Customer teams.

Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required to support data analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Billing and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Logistics industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents and procedures.
• Proficient with internet and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Audit invoices for changes after shipment reception.
• Route variances to appropriate charge queues.
• Ensure carriers have supporting documents for increased charges.
• Communicate between Carrier, BG, and Customer teams.
• Interpret customer contracts and carrier tariff rules.
• Maintain daily audit of Blue Ship and related queues.
• Provide concise notes to teams to correct invoices.
