Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience in freight classification and rate computations for LTL and truckload.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Audit freight bills and resolve variances before billing terms.
• Monitor and process freight payments and updates.
• Research cost variances in invoicing vs. charges in AS400.
• Update fuel surcharge data and freight rate entries.
• Review carrier-aging reports and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Provide load quotes and collaborate with carriers for corrective action.
• Assist with SAP case disputes and ensure orders are invoiced only after fulfillment.
