Job summary

Bradshaw Home in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Transportation Billing Clerk to ensure accurate, timely processing of freight billing, auditing, and financial reconciliation across our supply chain. The role coordinates with finance, freight audit partners, and carriers while staying organized and analytical.

You will audit carrier invoices, resolve billing exceptions, manage chargebacks, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and optimize payment processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit carrier invoices, accessorial charges, statements, and rate structures for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing exception reports and GL coding errors.
• Process, investigate, and dispute vendor chargebacks and shipping compliance issues.
• Manage carrier freight claims and documentation through resolution.
• Monitor freight aging reports and manage line-item invoice disputes for payment compliance.
• Perform freight file scrubs and monthly accrual audits to support accounting.
