Job summary

England Logistics in Salt Lake City is seeking a Freight Agent Recruiter to fuel growth within a leading independent freight agent network. You’ll identify and engage experienced freight agents, nurture relationships, and guide them from first contact to signed partnerships.

The role blends recruiting and consulting, with a $70,000 base paid weekly, plus monthly commissions and an on-target first-year earnings of $80,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and B2B sales.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building instincts.
• Excellent phone presence and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline by sourcing independent freight agents and outbound prospecting.
• Lead discovery conversations and guide prospects to signed agreements.
• Maintain a healthy funnel and track activity in CRM.
• Partner with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new agents.
