England Logistics is seeking a driven Freight Agent Recruiter in Utah to fuel growth within one of the country’s leading independent freight agent networks. You’ll partner with experienced independent agents, guiding them to join England Logistics and grow their businesses.

You'll build pipelines, source via LinkedIn and industry networks, conduct discovery conversations, and move prospects from first contact to signed partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting B2B sales roles or similar recruitment positions.
• Proven ability to source and convert high-quality candidates.
• Excellent phone presence and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline by sourcing independent freight agents.
• Lead discovery conversations and guide prospects to partnership.
• Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and hit recruitment targets.
• Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a strong start for new agents.
