Job summary

England Logistics is seeking a Business Development Executive to recruit and partner with independent freight agents, driving growth through prospecting, consulting, and closing deals. You will source, recruit, and sell the Agent Partnership Program while building lasting relationships with industry professionals.

You’ll manage a high-velocity pipeline, hit recruiting targets, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success for agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and B2B sales required.
• Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of independent freight agents.
• Recruit, advise, and close partnerships with prospective agents.
