Precision Freight is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow relationships among customers, shippers, consignees, and carriers. You will quote, coordinate, and control movement of customer freight with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes managing accounts, optimizing solutions, and networking to uncover cross-selling opportunities, while handling hotshot, truckload, LTL, and specialized shipments.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of freight broker or related logistics experience.
• Strong customer-service skills with shippers and carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee transportation of goods with timely pickups and deliveries.
• Develop and nurture relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Source carriers, negotiate rates, and secure transportation services.
• Manage customer accounts and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Network with clients to identify cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Resolve shipment delays and carrier-performance issues.
• Coordinate hotshot, FTL, LTL, and specialized shipments.
• Prepare bills of lading, freight quotes, contracts, and transportation documents while maintaining compliance.
