The supervisor will coach staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, monitor productivity, and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining positive customer relations.

• Coach and develop employees to improve performance and safety.
• Ensure policy adherence and effective communication of expectations.
• Address customer concerns and drive resolutions promptly.
• Maintain sanitation and proper procedures in the Freezer Department.
