Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring an On-Site Supervisor for Minooka, IL, to manage a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires resolving conflicts, coordinating attendance, coaching staff, and ensuring payroll accuracy while maintaining safety and productivity.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with a strong focus on leadership and client communication. The position offers a competitive pay package around $65k+ annually and comprehensive benefits; travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

• The "Flex" Factor: stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Warehouse veteran: at least 2 years in warehouse/industrial staffing; GMPs a plus.
• Bilingual: Fluency in English & Spanish preferred.
• Reporting & Compliance: create/edit spreadsheets; support payroll with Novatime/Timerack; support diversity and EEO.
• Decision maker: work independently and make fair decisions on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution as the primary point of contact for grievances and disputes.
• Available for extended hours and overtime to support changing production needs.
• Manage field employees’ attendance, coaching, and terminations.
• Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify safety or personnel issues.
• Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
• Bridge between the client and Accurate leadership with transparent reporting during high-stress shifts.
