Brookhaven Market in Mokena, IL is seeking a full-time, onsite Frozen/Dairy Manager to keep shelves full, execute smoothly, and create a shopping experience that feels easy even when busy.

You will lead daily operations: stock, rotate, and face merchandise; manage inventory, place orders, ensure food safety, and coach your team. The role offers to partner with store leadership and other department managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the dairy or frozen food sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
• Ability to stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day flow: stock, face, and rotate product to standard; track inventory and place orders.
• Coach, schedule, supervise, and evaluate your team; maintain a clean and sharp-looking department.
• Check quality and handle freshness concerns; support merchandising and promotional displays.
• Help customers with questions; review sales results to build improvement plans.
• Partner with store leadership and other department managers to keep the store in step.
