Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Cooler Production Supervisor in Minooka, IL to lead the Cooler Department, oversee daily production and warehouse activities, manage staffing, workflow, shipping/receiving, sanitation, quality and productivity.

This onsite role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to start at 5:00 AM. The operation runs 24/7 with schedule variability by volume and client needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience leading cooler/refrigerated operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to start at 5:00 AM and adapt schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cooler Department associates, including shipping, receiving, and warehouse office staff.
• Direct daily cooler production and warehouse activities to meet productivity, quality and service goals.
• Assign daily duties based on workload and priorities.
• Schedule employee hours, breaks, and vacations to maintain coverage for production needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching per HR policies.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and policy adherence across the department.
