Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Freezer Shipping Supervisor in Bloomfield, CT. This role supervises the Freezer Loading and Receiving teams, assigning duties and managing schedules while ensuring data entry and WMS processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, self-initiative, and warehouse supervision experience with familiarity in wholesale operations and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs.
• High level of computer and WMS system literacy.
• Some college-level training preferred but not required if warehouse supervision and wholesale experience exist.

Responsibilities

• Supervises loading and receiving associates in the Freezer Shipping, Receiving, and office clerks.
• Assigns duties, schedules breaks and work hours, and conducts periodic evaluations.
• Assists other warehouse supervisors and staff with policies, procedures, and duties.
• Oversees deliveries and shipments to customers and assists the Freezer Receiving department.
• Investigates loading discrepancies, data entry errors, and delivery discrepancies; resolves issues.
• Addresses customer concerns and maintains good client relations.
• Ensures sanitation practices are followed throughout warehouse and offices.
• Ensures seal policies on loads are followed and supports a positive, team-based environment.
• Must be flexible to work any shift as business needs require.
