WorkGenius Group is seeking a Freelance Sample Coordinator in New York, NY to support the Product Line Coordinator with day-to-day sample management. The role is onsite in NYC for a limited duration, from Oct 19, 2026 to Nov 16, 2026, 3 days per week.

You will unpack, sort, organize, track packages using the PLM system, respond to cross-functional requests, and perform administrative tasks to keep the sample management process running smoothly.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer proficiency; PLM system experience is a plus.
