Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a freelance or agency setting
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient with recruitment tools and technology, including ATS
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
