Job Title: Generative AI Associate Analyst (English and Italian)

Location: U.S. Remote

Employment Type: Flexible Contract Role (Part-time, up to 25 hours weekly)

Role Overview

We are collaborating with top technology firms to develop generative AI and large language models. We seek curious, skilled, and independent contractors to contribute to our projects, helping AI learn language and reasoning. This flexible, remote role is ideal for writers, linguists, researchers, and language enthusiasts eager to shape AI's future on their own terms.

Responsibilities

• Creating and annotating training datasets to enhance AI accuracy and voice
• Analyzing and refining linguistic quality of data and AI outputs
• Collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and engineers to improve data sets
• Contributing to AI training specifications and data recipes
• Adapting to dynamic guidelines and shifting project priorities
• Meeting KPIs such as daily job counts and handle times within deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields; advanced degrees preferred
• Professional proficiency (C1/C2) in English and Italian
