Requirements

Requirements :

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a freelance or agency setting.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient with recruitment tools and technology, including ATS.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
