About The Role

We are partnering with top technology firms to develop generative AI and large language models (LLMs). We seek curious, skilled, and independent contractors to join our community as Generative AI Associates.

This is a part-time, remote, flexible project-based role ideal for writers, linguists, educators, researchers, or language enthusiasts interested in shaping AI technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Creating training datasets to improve AI accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice
2. Annotating data to align AI models with human values
3. Analyzing and enhancing the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training and AI-generated text
4. Collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and engineers to refine datasets
5. Contributing to AI training specifications and data recipes
6. Adapting to shifting guidelines and priorities
7. Meeting KPIs such as daily job count and handle time within data production windows

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, History, Law, Philosophy, or Psychology; advanced degrees preferred
• Professional or Expert proficiency (C1/C2) in English

• Understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 USD, depending on location and other factors. Specific rates vary by state, e.g., California, Colorado, D.C., Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland, New York, and Washington.
