Job Title: Generative AI Associate Analyst (English and Spanish)

Employment Type: Flexible Contract Role (Part-time, up to 25 hours weekly)

Role Overview

We are partnering with top technology firms to develop generative AI and large language models. We seek curious, skilled individuals to join our community as part-time contributors. This flexible, remote role is ideal for writers, linguists, educators, and researchers passionate about language and AI development. You will help train AI models to understand language and reasoning, shaping future technology.

Responsibilities

1. Creating training datasets to enhance AI accuracy and coherence
2. Annotating data to align AI outputs with human values
3. Analyzing and refining linguistic quality of data and AI-generated text
4. Collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and engineers
5. Contributing to AI training specifications and data recipes
6. Adapting to dynamic project guidelines and priorities
7. Meeting KPIs such as daily job targets and handle times

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields like Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, or related areas. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficiency (C1/C2) in English and Italian.
