Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, or service-oriented role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for clients and colleagues.
• High attention to detail with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts, identify suspicious patterns and take appropriate action to protect clients.
• Verify recent charges and account activity, collecting key information to evaluate and confirm potential fraudulent transactions.
• Apply verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver solutions to client issues by drawing on available resources and resolving calls efficiently."
• Uphold Citi's policies and ethical standards while escalating issues transparently when required.
